I revisited this base a couple of years ago and alot has been torn down and is mainly a Airport now.The front gate is now a German bank,the arena is still thier,CC Club is gone so is the theatre,canex,Ambasitor lounge,it's all gone except the kids school(run down)fire hall the radio station(CFNS)it was sad to see.The street sign all remain but nothing there..The BYC is all boarded up and both Jr and SR schools have smashed windows and run down.Both old and new P.M.Q's are all being use.Hugie is a dead town...
