Discovered this site tonight(April 27/04. I do not remember many names on the sight, however, I do remember the great memories of most of you in your comments. It was without a doubt, for a young teacher at the time a wonderful experience to work with military personnel, students of the time and live in 4-Wing. I have returned to the old base many times since to remember the wonderful people and times spent during my time in Baden. Should anyone remember me--I taught Commerce as they called it in those days--typing, shorthand, merchandising and Business English. Drop a line. I am married to Joyce Kiper, grade 5 teacher in Baden at the time. We have 2 grown children who reside in Edmonton and we returned from Germany in 1970 to Camrose, Alberta where we still reside.
