Wonderful years in Baden!

I flew with 439 Squadron for 2 years and then became Group Flight Safety Officer. Those years in the Rhine valley were among the best so far -great flying -great friends!

Sadly we drift apart -but we will always remember.

It is indeed unfortunate tht the CF has been allowed to deteriorate as it has -but I guess we -as voters -get what we deserve.

No one who ever flew the '104 will ever forget it -and given the chance -I think there aren't many of us who wouldn't give our right arms or worse for just one more hour.

I still have my Tiger Moth to play with -made a movie with it recently -but one more Mach 2 run would make my day.

Of course, some Schnecken and some Chateaubriand from any of the Gasthauses wouldn't hurt either.
