Baden Remembered Guestbook

I have received a green leather hockey jacket lately for my collection and I am still not shure what team wore it in Baden.
The jacket has a yellow chest patch with green lettering which reads : Baden Soellingen Oldtimer selects. In the middle a hockey player with a red maple leaf on each side is stiched on.
At the right arm a crossed canadian and german flag is sewed on with the players number underneath. The right arms bears a name flash.

Has anyone informations about the jacket? I would be more than pleased to get more infos.
